She was predeceased by: her husband Donald J. Brazil; and her siblings, John Mendes and Mary C. Gomes. She is survived by: her daughters, Pauline A. DeBalsi (Ralph) of New Bedford, Deborah M. Letendre (John) of Raleigh, NC and Susan E. Spratt (Kevin) of Mattapoisett; her grandchildren, Scott Costa (Beverly), Bethany Megeed (Joe), Kevin Costa, Craig Letendre (Meredith) and Bryan Letendre (John "JJ" Letendre, Jr.); her great grandchildren, Tyler Costa, William Letendre and James Letendre; her niece Beverlie Mendes; and her nephew David Wojnar.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (440 Main St, Fairhaven, MA 02719). A Mass was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
