She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence E. Fortin; her parents, Albert J. Brunette and Alice C. Brunette (Arsenault); her son Steven L. Fortin (Helene) of Fairhaven; and her brother Joseph Albert Brunette.
She is survived by: her children, Judith A. Areano (Ronald) of Wareham, Kenneth R. Fortin of New Bedford and Troy A. Fortin of New Bedford; and her siblings, Jeanne Fortin (Raymond) of New Bedford, Dianne Tisdelle (late Robert Tisdelle) of Acushnet, Arthur G. Brunette and Anita Hubert. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren; a great, great granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
