Spooner-Silveira (Douglas) of South Dartmouth and Rosemary Alexandre (Jorge) of Westport; his grandchildren, Nicholas Bettencourt (Aires), Vincent Spooner, Daniella Spooner (Juanco) and Patricia Couto (Jeffrey); his great grandchildren, Adriel Rocco Bettencourt, Maximo Santos and Alexander Couto; his siblings-in-law, Archie Correia and Barbara Correia; his son Joseph A. Spooner; and his child-in-law Ximena Spooner. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
