He is survived by: his children, Dale Kollars Jr. of New Bedford, Donald Kollars (Deborah) of New Bedford, Michael Kollars (Connie) of Roaring River, N. C, Susan Perry (Steven) of Fairhaven and Katherine Tietsort (Brad) of Topeka, KS. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
