He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret F. Foley (Torres); his parents, Francis A. and Genowefa Foley (Smalec); his children, Michael F. Foley of New Bedford, Timothy C. Foley (Robin) of Lakeville, Colleen M. Heleen (Peter) of Buzzard's Bay, Maureen M. Howard (Sun Kim) of Dartmouth and Tara M. Hurd (Steven) of Acushnet; his great grandchildren, Elijah Charles and Finn David Steele; and his sister Kathleen Alexander (William) of Weekie Watchi, FL. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Mary's Church, 41 Harding Rd., Fairhaven, MA 02719 or Community Nurse Home Care, 62 Center St., Fairhaven, MA 02719.
