Bill Sherman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Sherman (Fairhaven, Massachusetts), who passed away on April 5, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Sherman and Adele Sherman (Gula); his son Sgt. Benjamin Sherman; and his grandson Caleb Santos. He is survived by: his girlfriend Denise Gaudiello; his daughters, Jessica Santos (Dave) and Meredith Sherman; his daughter-in-law Patricia Sherman; his girlfriend's children, Leslie Weckesser (Paul), Alicia and AJ Gaudiello; and his siblings, Dennis of New Bedford, Alan (Mary) of Florida, Mark (Joanne) of Maine, Michele Hoggatt (Philip) of Texas, Deborah Field (Brad) of Westport, Sheila Pereira (Mike) of Dartmouth and Sharon Power (Mike) of Fairhaven. He is also survived by four granddaughters; one grandson; a goddaughter; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Boys & Girls Club of Greater New Bedford.
