With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alda Broadbent of Fairhaven, Massachusetts, born in Cumberland, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 12, 2022 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alda Broadbent to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond J. Broadbent; her parents, Manuel, Sr. Amaral and Maria Augusta Amaral (Machado); and her brother Manuel "Barney" Amaral, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa J. Kenney (Jerry) of Wareham, MA; and her sisters, Clara Anjos of Lincoln and Rosa Asselin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to the Alzheimer's Association, 245 Waterman St., Suite 306, Providence, RI 02906 would be appreciated.
