He was predeceased by: his siblings, Vincent, Noreen and Patricia O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Barbara O'Neill (Williams); his children, William O'Neill, Jr. (Myra) of Toledo, OH, Noreen Evangelista (Anthony) of Wakefield, Cheryl Grava (Peter) of Medford, Christopher O’Neill of Everett, Colleen O’Neill (Keith Michenzie) of Everett, Caryn Bennett (Paul) of Saugus and Colin O’Neill (Dani) of Nashua, NH; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Keira, Clover, William, Shawmut, Circa and Nova; his siblings-in-law, Michael Williams (Cecelia) of Danvers and Nancy Tewksbury of Everett; his nieces and nephews, Ryan Williams (Lynn) of Washington State, Kathleen Williams (Paul Girouard) of Portland, ME and Raymond Tewksbury (Tammy) of Winter Haven, FL.; and his close friends, Lynn Thornton (James Sliker) of Jamaica Plain and Susan Capomaccio (John) of Saugus.
Visiting Hours have been respectfully omitted & interment will be held privately at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Mandates during this pandemic are still in force, facial masks must be worn in the church & social distancing maintained.
