She was predeceased by: her spouse Robert O'Leary; her parent Cordalyne Mattuchio (Babe); and her sibling Frank Mattuchio (Bibby). She is survived by: her parent Ida Mattuchio; her child Robert O'Leary (Deborah) of Saugus; her grandchildren, Michael Bergin of Everett, Kerry Salerno, Husband Kevin of Tewksbury, Nikki Bergin, Fiancé Arthur of Peabody, Robert O'Leary (Andrea) of Winthrop and Leanne Brum (Michael) of Revere; her siblings, Edward Mattuchio of Ipswich, Alfred Mattuchio (Dar) and Delores Catalano (Michael); and her sisters-in-law, Pat Mattuchio of Lynnfield, Marie Mattuchio of Malden and Margie Mattuchio of Ipswich. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to her favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place.
