Gallagher of Everett, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 6, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph James Gallagher and Helen Frances (Joyce); and his siblings, Joseph Gallagher, Jr., Paul Gallagher (Ruth) of Cape Coral, Kevin Gallagher of Chelsea and Gail Cerroni (Richard) of Everett.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian Jean (Rochon-Milligan); his children, Christopher Scott Milliganand (Janelle) of Wakefield, MA, Brian Michael Milligan (Helena) of Warren, OH, Ruben Joshua Aragon (Tania) of Boynton Beach, FL., Tracey Lee Milligan-Brown of Jamaica Plain, MA and Sheri E. Ellis of Hilo, HI; his siblings, Donald Gallagher (Charlene) of Bradenton, Dennis Gallagher of Georgetown and Carol O'Connell (Michael) of Gilmanton, NH.; and his grandchildren, Bryanna Lea Bernard, Christopher Alan Milligan, Alexa Marie Milligan, Noelle Cartwright, Spencer Michael Milligan, Robert Abram Stone Jr., Liliana Rose Rochon-Cribb, Leila Thyme Aragon Cecile, Aragon and Ashley Ellis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
