He is survived by: his parent Marjorie M. Howard (Grover); his child Robert E. Howard, Jr.; his wife Stephanie of Everett; his siblings, David Howard (Robin) of Norton, Gayle Howard, Harvey and Glen Howard; his grandchildren, Chanel, Timmy, Michael, Sean and Hanna-Mae; his great grandchildren, JoJo and Aryana; and also, Scott Howard (Shye) of West Virginia and Angel Daigle (Billy) of Revere. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
