He is survived by: his parent Ethel Mae Churchill (Garland); his children, Nancy Ellen DiMinico (Chris) of Chelmsford, Janet Elizabeth Herbert of Chelmsford and John Vitale of Chelmsford; his siblings, Lloyd Churchill, Donald Churchill (Flora) of Wilmington, Diane Maria of Revere, Elizabeth "Liz" Sheehan (Dan) of Malden, Jean Smith of Revere and Eleanor McMurrer; his sibling-in-law Lorraine Churchill of Revere; and his grandchildren, Timothy of Chelmsford, Christy of Chelmsford, Lauren DiMinico of Chelmsford, Katherine Herbert of Chelmsford and Rachel Herbert of Chelmsford.
