He is survived by: his wife Deanna Cutlip (DiPerri) of Everett; his children, Randi Cutlip (Anthony), Richard Cutlip Jr. (Ren) and Jessica DeLuca (Zachary); and his siblings, Barbara Kelble (James), Paula Forster (William), Mary Duber (Jeff), Patricia Leone (Anthony) and Warren Cutlip Jr. (Marie).
