He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony J. Caracciolo and Marie A. Caracciolo (Pattelena); and his brother Alexander J. Caracciolo. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ann Caracciolo (Matheson); his children, Ralph F. Caracciolo, Jr. (Susan Munday) of Everett, Kristen Lessard (James) of Manchester, NH and Andrew J. Caracciolo of Danvers; his siblings, Anthony J. Caracciolo (Maureen) of Beverly, Kathy Moore (Gary), Stephen Caracciolo of Everett, Paul Caracciolo (John Lin) and Boston; his grandchildren, Anthony James and Milania Marie Lessard; and his godson Anthony J. Caracciolo, III. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
