He was predeceased by: his brother Raffaele Penta (Lena) of Malden. He is survived by: his wife Connie Penta (Penta); his sons, Charles Penta (Melinda) of Malden and Mike Penta of Revere; his brother Michele Penta of Chelsea; and his grandsons, Michael and Anthony Penta.
