He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Neal and Alma Neal (Albert); his granddaughter Kathy Sullivan Smith (David); his daughters, Maureen Sullivan Flynn (Thomas Flynn Sr.) and Jacqueline Sullivan; his siblings, Frederick Neal and Patricia Neal; and also Julia Neal.
He is survived by: his children, Frederick S. Neal of Brighton, Sean T. Neal (Jean) of Wareham, Julie M. Marshall (Richard) of Pepperell and Eileen Dicks (Berenice Sullivan) of Hyde Park. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great grandchild as well as nieces and nephews.
