He was predeceased by: his sibling Michele; and his parents, Luigi Guarino and Teresa Guarino. He is survived by: his wife Adeline; his children, Stephen (Julie), Sandra Woodworth of Saugus and Paul of Revere; his siblings, Federico, Nino and Carmelina DeSimone; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Stephanie and David. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat's memory may be made to the charity of choice.
