He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Josephine (Cassara); and his sibling Beverly. He is survived by: his sister Patricia Forgione of Lynnfield; his nephew Steven Forgione (Lynne) of Lynnfield; his niece Charlene Conway (Michael) of North Reading; and his great-nephews, Michael, Nicholas, Matthew and Jake.
