He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Butler and Josephine Butler of Everett, MA; and his brother George Butler (Bobby). He is survived by: his sister Karen Bruno (Butler) of Saugus, MA; his nephew Stephen Bruno (Roxanne); his extended family, Mark, Stephen Shinto of Melrose, MA and Cat; and his child Ozzy.
In lieu of flowers or donations, Ken requested that each person that reads this notice "pay it forward" and perform an anonymous, random act of kindness, no matter how big or small, for someone (human or animal) that is in need.
