She was predeceased by: her parents, William Coughlin and Marion Coughlin (Mulqueeny); her husband Robert J. Fitzpatrick, Sr.; and her brother William Coughlin. She is survived by: her children, Denise M. DiBello (John J.) of Lynnfield, Robert J. Fitzpatrick, Jr. of Everett and Paul G. Fitzpatrick of Everett; her grandson John Robert DiBello; and her siblings, Marion Coughlin, Catherine Coughlin and Lorraine Tedesco.
