He was predeceased by : his parents, Louise Monreal (Smisek) and Loyal Stover; his step-father Joseph Monreal; and his siblings, Joseph Stover and Jean Angelone.
He is survived by : his wife Sharon Stover (Lent); his children, Michael Stover and Danielle Stover-Boulay (Stephen Boulay); grandson John Stover & granddaughter Brooke Stover: his siblings, Linda Lacasse (Richard), Josephine Monreal (Ian Blanton), May Gonzalez (Gerardo) and David Monreal (Michelle); and his pet Dusty. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
