Though Linda H. may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Linda H. touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaetano S. Messina and Rita Messina (Saverse); her son James Lafferty Jr.; and her siblings, Ann Messina and Anthony J. Messina.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Vanderwoude (Scott), Lorrie Santos (Anthony) and Amy Burton (Scott); her great grandchildren, Valerie and Eliza; and her sister Angelina Aubin (Marcel).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carr Funeral Home (220 Bunker Hill St, Charlestown, MA 02129). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
