He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth DeVito (Consolante); his siblings, Marie Vecchino, Anthony DeVito, Frank "Mando" DeVito and Robert "Sal" DeVito; and his parents, Elvira DeVito (Puiia) and Salvatore DeVito.
He is survived by: his children, Joe (Diane DeVito) and Ella Ann (Leo D'Amico); his grandchildren, Ariana (Eric Larson) and John D'Amico; and his great grandchildren, Christopher, Samantha and Patrick Larson.
