He was predeceased by: his son John Meadows III. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Meadows (Marr); his children, Michael Meadows (Melanie), Amanda Meadows, Kate Meadows (Lorenzo) and Adam Meadows (Jeanne); his grandchildren, Philip, Courtney Foley, Jordan Alcin, Keon Godfrey, Jeremy, Jared Meadows, Kaylee, Makayla, Jack Meadows and Willow Lawrence; his great grandchild Dillon Foley; his siblings, Joe Sullivan and Becky M.; and his siblings-in-law, Laurie and Daniel Marr. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
