She is survived by: her child Kelly Ann Moltedo of Everett; her sibling Michele Butler of Hampstead, NH; and her grandchildren, Justin J. Sacramone of Chicago and Jenna L. Sacramone of Beverly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
