He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Diane (Libby); his children, William, Eileen and James, Jr.; his parents, Dr. James R. and Eileen E. (Collins); his siblings, Maureen Abate (Joseph), Dr. Joseph Corkery (Grace), Thomas Corkery and Paul Corkery; his grandchildren, Margaret, Jennifer and Donald; and his great grandchildren, James and Alex.

In lieu of flowers, donations in James' memory may be made to the Peterson School Scholarship Fund, 25 Montvale Ave., Woburn, MA 01801.
