She was predeceased by: her husband Walter J. Goscinak, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Linda DeSesa of Everett, Patti Carleton of Everett, Walter Goscinak, Jr. (Cathy) of Everett and Robert Goscinak (Karen) of Saugus; her niece Susan Halpin of Everett; her brother John Puopolo of Everett; and her friend Joseph Settipane. She is also survived by grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
