He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicola Marzullo and Donata Marzullo (Cocca); his wife Rosa Marzullo (Marino); and his brother Antonio Marzullo. He is survived by: his daughters, Loretta Pilla (Tony) and Nicolina Gillespie (Craig); his grandchildren, Alexandria Kruzer (Marc), Nicolas, Julia Pilla, Matthew, Alex and Daniella Gillespie; and his siblings, Giuseppina Gagliardi and Didorina Tremonte. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
