It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George W. Strahan Sr. of Everett, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 11, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Strahan (Welch); and his siblings, Marguerite Kelly, Howard Strachan and Thomas Strachan. He is survived by: his brother Monsignor Francis Strahan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the J. F. Ward Funeral Home (772 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Cemetery Chapel (302 Elm St, Everett, MA 02149).
