He was predeceased by: his wife Donna R. Sullivan (Ferrante); and his parents, Francis Sullivan and Concetta Sullivan (Salerno). He is survived by: his children, Michael Sullivan and Andrea Farrell (Ronald Correale); his grandchildren, Kayla, Keara, Gianna and Zachary; his brother Kevin (Kathy Sullivan); and his nephews, Edward, Christopher and Kevin Jr. Ernest.
Adhering to the mandate of the state and CDC guidelines, face coverings & proper social distancing will be required.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mr. Sullivan's name may be made to American Cancer Society or American Parkinson's Disease.
