He was predeceased by: his parents, Raffaella Fabrizio (Caporizzo) and Nicola Fabrizio; and his wife Anna Fabrizio (Martignetti). He is survived by: his child Nicola Fabrizio (Andrea); his grandchildren, Nicola Fabrizio of Domeniko, D. J and Nanina Fabrizio; his children, Maria Fabrizio and Domenic Fabrizio, Jr. (Jacqueline); his grandchildren, Joseph Fabrizio and Anna Fabrizio (Cyril Jenness); his great grandchildren, Julietta Fabrizio and Serephina Fabrizio; his son Anthony Fabrizio (Heidi); his grandsons, Roman Fabrizio, Alexander Fabrizio and Marcus Fabrizio; his son Gerardo Antonio Fabrizio; and his sister Antonia Pagliuca (late Giuseppe Pagliuca). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friend.
