She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Martin, Sr.; her parents, Jeremiah Fantasia and Maria Fantasia (Rosa); and her siblings, Edward, Leo Fantasia, L'Aquila and Abruzzo.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Capwell (Hal), Lisa Martin, Ray Martin, Jr. and Michele Brewer (Robert); and her pet Little Bastard. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, and her companion.
