He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester E. Libby and Jean M. Libby (Nimmo); and his brother Edward W. Libby. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Libby (Burke) of Everett; his brothers, Joseph P. LoRusso and Michael LoRusso (Toni) of Malden; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Charette of Danvers, John Burke of Washington, D. C. and Colleen Libby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
