He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Moulaison and Alan Moulaison. He is survived by: his daughter Dionne Pettit Schwake; and his siblings, Nancy Scrima (Anthony), Jackie McWilliams and Kristi Reid. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
