He was predeceased by: his wife Josephine A. Forest (Harring); his son William Forest; and his sister Carolyn Driscoll. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Miller of Florida, Edward Forest of Florida and Charles Forest of Florida; and his siblings, Judith Andrews, Katherine McNamara, Florence Bruner, James, John Forest, Susan Gaipo, Josephine Hill and Jeanette Forest. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
