He was predeceased by: his parents, Giacomina DiGiorgio (DiGiorgio) and Rosario DiGiorgio; his stepsister Alberta Licata; and his nephew Philip Licata. He is survived by: his stepbrother Joseph Pennino (Nancy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Philip, Andrea, Ava and Taylor; and also Jo-Anna (Ed Haley).
