He was predeceased by: his wife Helen L. (Story); his parents, Michael Kopanon and Camille Kopanon (Massura); and his brothers, Christopher and A. Michael Kopanon.
He is survived by: his children, Andrew, Stephen, Meghan (Collin) and Peter (Catherine Kopanon); his grandchildren, Elisabeth Driscoll (Dave), Jeffrey (Marissa), Caroline Murphy (Jack), Christine King (Nik) and Peter; his great grandchildren, Elaina, William, Hannah and Maya; his grandchildren, Lucinda and Thomas Foley of Nantucket; his great grandchildren, Melissa Marti (John), Micaela, Kathleen, Bridget and Kimball Kopanon of Essex; his siblings, Stella Gallant of Winchester and Nicholas Kopanon of Florida; his pet Jocko; and also, Samuel and James. He is also survived by his four children, eleven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
