He was predeceased by: his parent Harold Lee; his child Rachal Marie Lee; and his siblings, Kevin Lee, Laurie Goodhue and Richard Lee.
He is survived by: his parent Marie Lee (McRae); his sisters, Carol Lapointe of Beverly, Patricia Vatcher of Bonita Springs, FL, Jeanine MacCarthy of Beverly and Katherine Lee of Beverly; his aunt Alice Doyle of Beverly; and his former wife Judith of Bradford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and one great, great niece.
