She is survived by: her parents, Ken Wade and Lori Wade (Poulin); her sister Kelly Beth Sadler (Jay) of Greenfield; her grandmother Nancy Poulin of Greenfield; her nephew Caleb Thomas; her nieces, Kailyn, Hayden and Hailey Sadler; and her aunts, Karen Poulin (Stephen Greaney), Linda DeCosta of New Hampshire, Gloria Chagnon of Greenfield and Anne Rantanen of Florida.
