He was predeceased by: his wife June Vita (Doherty); his parents, Nicholas Vita and Lucia Vita (Baldessari); and his siblings, Anthony and Rico Vita.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Andreotti (Louis) of Hopedale, Renee Anderson (Rick) of Easton and Rick Vita (Beverly) of Wareham; his grandchildren, Daniel Traci, Kristin Mason, Jill LaCross, Keith Anderson, Rick Vita, Alexa Vita, Jay Vita and Samantha Vita; and his great grandchildren, June, Rosie, Ryker, Colin, Owen and Cameron.
