He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Thomas and Elizabeth Gallagher. He is survived by: his wife Nancy E. Pires (Gallagher) of Easton; his daughters, Nichole A. DaRosa (Joseph) and Ashley E. Francios of Stoughton; his siblings, Henry Pires (Deborah) of Rehoboth and Karen F. Aiello (Ronald) of Braintree; his grandchildren, Triston, Maddox, Brooklynn Francois, Kendall, Haley, Keira, Harley-Quinn, Logan and Leia DaRosa; his siblings-in-law, Cathy Capellupo (Fred), Patricia Runey (Frank), Thomas M. Gallagher (Mona) and Michael J. Gallagher; and his pets, Kipper, Mulligan and Bailey.
