He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeremiah Callahan and Ada Callahan (Hemmerdinger); his stepdaughter Lori J. Mullin; and his sister Ruth Kinch. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn L. Callahan (Lapadula); his children, Elizabeth Bayer (Daniel) of Central Falls, Cindy Tuminelli (Philip) of Plainville, Jeremiah Paul Callahan (Rhonda) of Foxborough, Dennis Callahan (Michelle) of Foxborough, Susan Moody (Rob Wolf) of North Attleboro and Maureen Neureuter (Jed) of Mansfield; his stepson Andrew Mullin (Sheri) of Groton; his sisters, Sheila Shoaf of North Carolina and Barbara O'Malley; his sister-in-law Audrey Davies of North Easton; and also Elizabeth Brenton of Foxborough. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
