He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Noveletsky and Mildred Noveletsky (Weiderhorn); his stepfather Murray Wittenberg; his sister-in-law Lynda Wilde; and his brother Neil Noveletsky.

He is survived by: his wife Kim Noveletsky (Wilde); his sons, Joshua Noveletsky (Carrie) of Stoughton and Tyler Noveletsky (Gina DiCecco) of East Falmouth; his grandsons, Colby Noveletsky of Stoughton and Dustin Noveletsky of Stoughton; his brother-in-law Darren Wilde of Pocasset; his brother Mark; his sister-in-law Lynne Davidner of Easton; and his aunt Lillian Goldberg of Canton. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations in Jeffrey's memory may be sent to the American Heart Association 300 5th Ave Waltham, MA. 02451.
