She was predeceased by: her spouse Joseph Sylvester; and her parent Neil Black. She is survived by: her parent Ruth Black (Alger); her children, Marjorie Engel (Mark) of Hingham, Brian Sylvester (Janice) of West Bridgewater and Deborah Sylvester-Lane of Plymouth; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Engel (Jennifer), Ashley Engel (Brendan Gibney), Chad Sylvester (Rachel), Brent Sylvester, Brianna Sylvester, Hayley Sylvester and Lauren Lane.
