He is survived by: his parents, Howard Bassett and Karen Bassett (Hedin); his siblings, Adam Bassett (Heather Rahl), Bryan (Colleen), Erin McNeil (Adam McNeil) and Brooke Bassett; his aunts, Joanne Peters (Hedin), Kay Hedin (Boyd), Linda Trevit (Bassett) and Gail Bassett; his nephews, Nathan, Tyler, Quentin Bassett, Aiden McLaughlin, Christian and Gunnar McNeil; and his niece Ana McNeil. He is also survived by cousins, in-laws, and friends.
