She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara Sly. She is survived by: her son Steven White of Plymouth, MA; her father Robert Sly, Sr. of West Bridgewater, MA; her siblings, Deborah Mumma (James) of Dartmouth, MA, Robert Sly, Jr. of St. Petersburg, FL and Richard Sly of Largo, FL; her nephews, Matthew and Daniel Mumma of Dartmouth, MA; and her stepdaughters, Amanda and Amy Alarie. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members and close friends.
