He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Haskell and Evelyn Haskell of Easton, Conn.; and his siblings, Philip Jr., Beth and Greg.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his stepson Nathaniel; his stepgrandsons, Hunter and John Herron; and his siblings, Ann, Richard and Leigh. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Boston EMS Relief Association in memory of Blake.
