She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Bertha Kramarz; her husband Roger Siemionko; her former husband Joseph P. Zera; and her grandchild Mathew.
She is survived by: her daughter Laurie Mullen (Bill) of Easthampton; her sister Joanne (Richard) of Delaware; her close friend Ernie; and also Roger Keith Siemionko (Susan) of Delaware. She is also survived by three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
