She was predeceased by: her parents, Jan Bak and Julia Bak (Dec). She is survived by: her nephews, Kamil and Mieczyslaw (Dorota); her great-niece Karolina (Evan); and her great-nephew Kamil (Christina).
The family asks in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Sophie's memory to Our Lady of the Valley Church or the American Diabetes Association.
