He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigmond Wernik and Josephine Wernik (Sudnick); and his former wife Theresa Wernik (Ceberek). He is survived by: his sons, Christopher (Laurie) of Derry, NH and Jonathan (Kellie) of Plymouth Ma; his sister Elaine (Carl Majeskey) of Georgetown, MA; his sister-in-law Susan Wernik (O'Niel); and his brother Joseph (Donna Craig). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
